soymilk nabe

It is pretty cold recentry and I realized feel winter afresh.

Talking of winter, I think nabe!

So, I did the nabe party with my friend.

There are many kind of nabe, for example, mizudaki(0rdinaly nabe), kimuchi nabe, motsunabe, and so on.

We were greatly exercised which nabe we'll eat because all kinds of nabe are very delicious.

Finally, we decided to make soymilk nabe.

Have you ever eaten it?

It was first time to eat not only soynilk nabe but also soymilk.

I had thought that soymilk is not so good and it doesn't suit the soup of nabe.

However, it was mild and taste good.

We prepared pork, tohu, beansprout, leek, hackberry, vienna sausage and so on.

But anything suit nabe well, I think.

Why don't you eat soymilk nabe nabe with warming yourself at kotatsu in this cold season!

I ate motsu nabe(gut nabe) with my another friend last week.

It also tasted so good, so I recommend motsu nabe as well.

I love nabe!!

I seldom eat fish until now because it hard to cook it for me.

But I had been wanted to eat some kind of fish since I started to live by myself.

So, I decided to challenge it.

It was easy to cook beyond my exception.

Also, fish is very helthy and hearty, I think.

If you live by yourself, you should eat fish than meet.

This salmon is only burned, but it was delicious enough to satisfy.

If you have more time, why don't you meke saide dish.

Color is important, and if there is many color like this photo, I think it looks delicious.

vegetable soup

Today, I made vegetable soup.

The ingredient I used are cabbages, carrots, onions, broccoli, bean sprouts, spinach, pork, enoki mushrooms and eringi.

One of the good point of vegetable soup is very healthy.

You can eat a lot of vegetable without circumstance.

Also, it’s easy to cook, just cut ingredient and stew.

I seasoned it with consomme and salt and pepper this time.

When you use other seasoning insted of consomme, you can enjoy another flavor soup.

Any way, it was hot and tasty!!

If you care about lack of nutrition recently, I recommend you this hearty soup.

If there are many vegetable in your fridge and you have to use them soon because of the best before date, I also recommend it to you.

By the way, do you know what to say "eringi" in English?

It’s a kind of mushroom and I think you have eaten before.

OYAKODON

Today’s dinner is OYAKODON.

OYAKODON is a big bowl of rice topped with soft scrambled eggs and chicken.

Eggs and chicken are parent and child.

OYAKO means parent and child in Japanese.

That’s why this dish is called so.

By the way, I cooked it from the beginning.

I didn’t use any retort pouch, and I cut some onion, chicken.

Next I boiled these ingredient and mixture which contains water, stock, soy sauce and so on.

After that, put melted eggs on it.

Then finished!

It’s easy to cook and so delicious.

But, it was unlucky that I didn’t have a big bowl to dish up it.

So, it doesn’t look delicious, I think…

However I’m enjoying cooking!!

instant noodle

It is a week since I started to live by myself.

Actually, my new life was quite other than I had expected.

First, I had to clear up a lot of belongings, and it wasn’t cleared up still now…

Also, there are many preparations and assignments every day, so I had no time to cook dinner.

That’s why this is my today’s dinner, instant noodle.

This noodle is flavor of soy sauce, and it’s not too heavy and not too bland.

I like soy sauce better than salt, miso, and any other flavor.

I think the person who invented the instant is great!!

It’s very easy to cook, but taste is almost same as ordinary food.

Instant is a friend of busy person!!

However it has some bad points, for example, it doesn't contain some vegetables.

Unfortunately, one of my friend is out of condition because of her bad eating habit now…

So, I’ll cook for myself for my health from next week!!

hashed rice

I haven't move to a new house yet because I'm planning to move there in May.

So, today I didin't have to cook dinner, my mother did.

Today's dinner is hashed rice cooked by my mother.

She often makes it because it's easy to cook, I think.

To cook it, you need carrots, onions, some beef and so on.

The point of this dish is to wrap rice with egg softly.

It's like an omelet containing fried rice, but it's not that one.

I really like it, and this is one of my favorite dinner which my mother cook.
